Deposits
Deposits may be required to reserve project time and begin creative work. Because design work involves time, planning, and concept development, deposits may be non-refundable once work has started.
Project Cancellations
If a project is cancelled before any work begins, a refund may be considered. If work has started, fees may be retained based on time used, concepts prepared, and deliverables already shared.
Revisions Before Refunds
Where a client is not satisfied, we first aim to understand the concern and provide reasonable revisions based on the approved brief.
Completed Work
Refunds are generally not available after final files, approved designs, or launched website work have been delivered.
